Sir Patrick Moore and Dr Chris Lintott look at the Galaxy Zoo project, a website which sorts the galaxies of the Universe into spirals and ellipticals. Hanny van Arkel talks to Sir Patrick about how she discovered a new type of astronomical object, from now on called a Voorwerp (dutch for Object), when she innocently asked what that blue blob was beneath a spiral galaxy. After further studying, the best theory seems to be it's the light from an expired black hole bouncing off a big gasseous galaxy, but time has been reserved on the Hubble telescope after repairs are done to have a closer look.

Pete Lawrence gives a visual guide to finding some good spiral galaxies between Andromeda and the Triangle

And as Phoenix enters it's last weeks of sunlight on Mars, the latest results on the Marsian soil are discussed.
